Learn how to connect and support relationships with their carers and families to ensure your work makes a difference in their home and in their community. This skill set reflects providing person-centred support to older people in home and community settings, within the delegations of an established individualised plan.

The successful completion of this skill sets requires competency to be achieved in 7 units comprising of seven (7) core units.

Entry Requirements

There are no formal entry skill sets for this skill set, although applicants will need to undertake an LLN assessment. Students are required to complete a Practical Placement which requires a police check and a NDIS screening.
